STU MEEKS RESCUE DOCK

PLAQUE TEXT:

This dock is dedicated in honour of the late Councillor "Stu" Meeks, member of council for the City of Belleville for 27 years. Stu, a founding member of the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary, owned and operated LaSalle Rescue Service, where he was directly involved with saving lives and answering distress calls on our local waterways.
